Early-access service
Pointrus is an early-stage remote monitoring and management product. Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn while the service is developed. Access is provided by invitation and may be limited or suspended to protect the service.
Authorized use
You may use Pointrus only for devices and systems you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions required to install agents, collect endpoint inventory and telemetry, and perform remote actions. Do not use the service to violate law, interfere with systems or access data without authorization.
Security and availability
We work to protect the service, but an early-access service is provided on an evolving basis and may contain defects or interruptions. Do not rely on Pointrus as your sole backup, security control, monitoring path or emergency response system. Keep independent backups and controls.
Your data
You remain responsible for the data collected from devices you manage. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
